Pan-Indian actress Samnatha Ruth Prabhu is one of the most bankable actresses in the entertainment industry. Despite being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease Myositis in 2022, she has been dedicatedly working towards finishing her work commitments. She is now on a much-needed sabbatical to focus on her health. Over the past few weeks she has been taking to her social media handles to share glimpses from her vacations.
Currently on a trip to Bali, Samantha made sure not to miss out on the iconic locations. She recently visited the Uluwatu Temple, a place that enjoys its reputation for inhabiting long tailed monkeys notoriously known for snatching the visitors' belongings. Well, being the down-to-earth girl that she is, the actress befriended one of the monkey’s there during her visit. The now disappeared story, she went on to add that the monkey “does have really good taste” for liking her sunglasses and refusing to give it back. She took to her official handle and even posted pictures with the monkey and her friend Anusha Swamy. Sharing the post, she captioned it, “Spot the monkey.” It is safe to say that the netizens immediately went gaga over her post. On the work front, Samantha was last seen in the mythological drama Shakuntalam. Focusing on the first abandoned child in human history, Shakuntala, her fight for her love King Dushyanta and the repercussions she faces because of the same. The movie failed to impress the audiences and the critics at the box-office. Apart from that, she has Citadel co-starring Varun Dhawan and Kushi alongside Vijay Deverkonda in her pipeline.
